What to Do in the Event of an Incident or Spillage?

In the event of an incident, you must contact the service provider for instructions before attempting to clean or repair the affected furniture or carpet. You should only clean the affected furniture or carpet following the direction from the service provider, and by using any approved cleaning kit supplied by your retailer or recommended by the service provider.

Am I covered in case of a spillage?
Yes, we cover spillages of food and beverages. We also cover spills of ink, dye and paint.
What Payment Options do I Have?
We offer a variety of payment options. You can pay in one lump sum, or in installments. We offer a single deposit and either nine or ten installments.
Do you cover pet damage?
Yes, we cover you for damage done to your furniture by pets.
What Cancellation Options do I Have?
You have the right to cancel your policy within the statuatory cancellation period for free. After this period ends, you have the right to cancel your policy, but it might incur a fee. You may also only receive a proportion of your policy premium in return.

Do you cover damage I cause during an attempted repair?
No – we cannot cover you for damage that you cause if you try to repair the furniture yourself.
Do you cover insect damage?
We do not cover damage caused by insects, wild birds or non-domestic animals.
Can you cover damage caused during delivery?
If your furniture is damaged during delivery, we cannot cover it.
