As of 25th May 2018, with new GDPR rules in place, as a consumer you have the right to ask for a company to remove all your details under forgetting your data legislation .

What happens to your data now…

Furniture Warranty does not hold any data without reason but once you put in a request to remove your data we will go through all of our systems that hold data and delete any information you have given us. However if you have a policy with us then we are required by law to hold the data we need for at least seven years. As a result we will have to keep this data but you can request at any time to see the data that we hold.
